The Zuiderhoeve is located on the southwest side of the peninsula of Walcheren. The farm lies between meadows and fields of grain, beet and potatoes, close behind the dunes near Dishoek, but also within cycling distance of the country towns of Middelburg and Vlissingen. The Zuiderhoeve falls under Koudekerke, one of the village centers in the municipality of Veere.
